Terms of Service and Refund Policy

Little Kingdoms · Last updated 25 September 2026

These terms apply to Little Kingdoms (the "Game") and to anything you buy in it. The Game is made and run by the Little Kingdoms team ("we", "us"). By playing or making a purchase you agree to them. Questions: message the GM in the game. The Game Master is the team's account in Little Kingdoms and reads every message.

1. Accounts

2. What you can buy

Everything you buy is a licence to use digital content inside the Game. It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred or sold. Bonuses from purchases apply in battles against the computer, and in online battles only when the host allows store perks.

3. Payments

4. Refunds

5. Fair play

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, harass other players or use the Game to break the law. Names in the game and chat must not be offensive, hateful or sexual, or pretend to be someone else (including the Game Master). If you find a bug, please tell us with Report a problem on the title screen or in the pause menu. We may remove names, and suspend or close accounts, that break these rules; if we close an account for these reasons, purchases are not refunded.

Tickets. Tickets are play-money for wagers between players. They can't be exchanged for cash by the game. Tickets are never sold and are not a purchase: the Game Master grants them on request, and players win and lose them in wager matches. They have no money value, can't be bought, sold or cashed out, and are not refunded. The Game Master may settle or refund a disputed wager, and may remove tickets won by cheating.

6. Changes and availability

We keep improving the Game, so content, balance and prices can change. We will try hard to keep the Game running but cannot promise it will always be available. If we ever shut the Game down, we will give at least 30 days' notice and stop selling items beforehand.

7. Privacy

We store your account (username or email), your game record and what you have bought, and anonymous reports when the game breaks. Payments are processed by Stripe under their own privacy policy. We do not sell your data. Our Privacy notice explains what we keep, why and for how long; message the GM in the game at any time to see or delete your data.

8. Liability

The Game is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Contact

Message the GM in the game. We answer questions, refund requests and data requests there.
